Lucille Cholerton

A former teacher, Lucille is now a Nutrition Counselor specializing in Gluten sensitivity and Celiac disease. She is a celiac, as are her 3 now grown-up children. She is widowed and lives in Durban, South Africa. She started a celiac support service in 1995, with the object of helping sufferers with undiagnosed symptoms and helping to reverse their ill health.  She reversed her autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis within 5 months on the gluten-free diet some 30 years ago and it has never returned. This prompted her to write her book "Spotlight on Gluten".
